Some products may be custom-built or made to order. These products may require additional production time.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or correct errors where necessary.

Prices may or may not include delivery depending on the product listing.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within:

8–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

For custom-made products, the delivery timeframe may be longer. In these cases, the estimated completion time will be advised to the customer after the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.

After this period, orders enter the production or preparation process and cannot be cancelled.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is faulty or defective.

To request a refund:

Contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product.

Provide proof of the fault, including photographs where possible.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer either:

A replacement product, or

A refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect ordering

- Minor variations in timber or handmade products

- Normal wear and tear

8. Product Variations

Many of our products are made using natural timber. As a result, variations in:

- Colour

- Grain

- Texture

- Minor size differences

may occur and do not constitute faults.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jeszara Farm & Timber Products Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and for their intended purpose.
